A little about me
Giovanni brings big-city experience and small-town values to work everyday. After spending time in the GTA and Vancouver, he chose to call Collingwood home.
With a marketing diploma from Sheridan College and an urban land development diploma from the Sauder School of Business, plus hands-on experience in residential construction and development, Gio is a powerhouse in real estate. He specializes in both residential and commercial properties across Southern Georgian Bay.
Outside of work, Gio, his wife Elizabeth, two sons Ashton and Bennett and dog Theodore love exploring the outdoors—hiking, skiing, running, and golfing. His energy and enthusiasm are contagious, and he’s dedicated to making real estate a seamless, enjoyable experience. Give him a call today!
